Sportorati is a sports content aggregation platform that collects and displays articles, news, and content from third-party publishers via RSS feeds. We provide links to original content published by sports news outlets and allow users to follow their favorite teams to personalize their content experience.

Important: Sportorati does not create, own, or control the third-party content displayed on the Site. All articles, images, and content displayed are owned by their respective publishers. We serve as an aggregation platform that helps users discover and access sports content from various sources.

4. User Accounts

Sportorati Property The Site itself, including its design, layout, code, features, logo, and original content created by Sportorati, is owned by Sportorati and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our Site design or code without our express written permission.

User-Generated Content (if applicable in the future) If we enable user-generated content features in the future, you grant Sportorati a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute any content you submit.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS (CURRENTLY $0 AS THE SITE IS FREE).

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sportorati regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
